1. Nexent and OTS do not provide support for your hardware, network, operating system or software other than Miracle Service.
2. If you do not purchase Support/Upgrade, but later wish to do so; you will be billed from date of original purchase.
3. Support/Upgrade, if required, must be paid for all user licenses.
4. Data Conversion. Nexent provide Technical Notes at www.nexent.com/tn to assist users. These include information for converting data to the Miracle Service format. OTS and Nexent Corp.do not provide any support for data conversion. This is specifically excluded from the Support/Upgrade option.
Nexent can convert your data if it is in ASCII or .dbf format. The cost being US$400 each for Customer, Supplier, Inventory; and US$800 for Service Equipment. Arrangements and payment must be made directly with Nexent Corp. if this service is required.
