Miracle Service can be used on any Windows XP Pro, Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2003 or Windows Server 2008 R2 network, or on a stand-alone PC, straight out of the box.

The system features ease of installation and a wide range of hardware and networking options.

Server Specifications -

  • Minimum Pentium IV Processor >900 MHz
  • Minimum 512 MB RAM (1 GB Recommended)
  • Microsoft Windows XP Pro, Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2003 or Windows Server 2008 R2
  • 64 bit processor computers are only supported if they are running a 32 bit operating system. Support for 64 bit operating systems is available on a limited basis.
  • For any web portal we only support Internet Information Services (IIS) version 6 and later. When running any Web Portal Applications on a 64 Bit operating system, the IIS Server must be enabled for 32-bit applications. The IIS Server must also be on the same computer as the database.

  • Note: 64 bit processor computers are only supported if they are running a 32 bit operating system. Support for 64 bit operating systems is available on a limited basis. There are many incompatible applications for 64-bit systems that can affect the operation of our software. Please call support for further information.

Note - Office Tech Services and Nexent Corporation do not support any operating system issues relating to usage, network errors, disk errors or hardware. 

   

Miracle Service is a Windows application, and operates on Windows NT, 2000 or XP. Reports can be sent directly to Word with one click of the mouse. Report Data can be sent directly to Excel with one click of the mouse.
You can also E-mail or fax any Invoice, Sales Order, Purchase Order or report (LAN or Internet e-mail) using standard Microsoft Explorer and Microsoft Mail Networking programs. Email is sent with your default mail program, including Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express. You can also set up any printer, using the same Microsoft Windows procedures that you are familiar with.
